How to display data in multiline in column of the datagrid at the opening of form?

I created a data grid on the form and attached it to a recordset. On opening of the form, the data in the column appears in single line and not entire. When the column is clicked the data appears in multiline. I want it to appear in multiline at the opening of the form. Please suggest code.
